Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

Standard shipping: 7–15 business days. Expedited shipping (where available): 5–9 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on all orders over $49. Orders under $49 are charged a flat shipping fee of $4.99, calculated at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
